Singer Katrina Velarde has found love again with her foreigner boyfriend more than a year after losing her American husband.
On Instagram, Katrina shared a series of photos of her with her new beau whom she addressed as her “captain and my pilot in command”.
“You took off so fast and nicely LANDED in my heart and i was NOT prepared for your arrival ✈️ But here you are with me right now,” said Katrina as caption.
The singer continued to express her joy over being able to open her doors to love again even after a loss.
“Maraming nawala, pero nung dumating ka mas kinumpleto mo ang lahat. Salamat sayong pagmamahal. Nakangiti na ulit ang aking puso, walang pag aalinlangan at punong puno ng galak, at handang ipakilala ka sa lahat… I THANK GOD THAT HE ALLOWS ME TO FALL IN LOVE AGAIN ?❤️,” she added.
Katrina also quipped, “It’s not afam is life, it’s your love that is life…”.
Katrina’s late American husband, music producer Mike Shapiro, died on November 14, 2021, months after they tied the knot in May of the same year.
