Cesar Montano and ex-wife Sunshine Cruz made sure to attend their daughter Sam Cruz’s graduation from senior high school.
Proud dad Cesar took to social media on Saturday to share photos of him together with Sunshine and Sam as their daughter graduated from the De La Salle Santiago Zobel school .
“Congrats Samantha Angelene! Proud parents. Love you!!!,” Cesar wrote as caption.
Sam, meanwhile, responded in the comments section, “Love you daddy!”
Sunshine earlier expressed pride in Sam’s academic achievement after finishing the school year at the top of her class.
“2nd honors for 1st and 2nd term. 1st honors for 3rd term. You know how much this means to me. You girls always inspire me to work harder. Konti nalang College ka na. Proud of you my Sam,” said Sunshine.
“At sigurado akong proud din ang dad at Tita Kath mo sa iyo/inyo,” added Sunshine, referring to Cesar’s current partner.
Sunshine and Cesar got married in 2013 but got their marriage annulled in 2018.
The former couple were in a years-long rift but eventually reconciled in 2022, with Cesar reuniting and bonding with their kids Angelina, Sam, and Chesca. a
