John Estrada’s wife Priscilla Meirelles confirmed that her marriage to the actor is indeed on the rocks.
The Brazillian beauty queen was upfront with her and her husband’s marital problems in an interview with Pep.
“I don’t understand why people are saying my posts are cryptic. The way I see it, I was very direct to the point,” Priscilla said, referring to the Instagram stories about cheating that she previously shared on the platform.
Priscilla earlier shared the poll asking “what to call a female that entertains married man?” and posted the “Top 20” list of answers that came from her followers.
According to the former Miss Globe (2003) and Miss Earth (2004) winner, she’s been going through a difficult time in her marriage “for a while already for many reasons.”
“And just like with anyone else, it has been tough. I constantly pray for strength and wisdom and hope for better days ahead but the truth is napuno na ako,” she said.
She was further quoted in the same interview as saying that being 39 years old and having been married for 12 years now, she shouldn’t be taken as a fool.
“I know exactly what I am dealing with and I am dealing with it the best way I can.”
Priscilla also hinted that a third party is trying to break her family.
“As a woman, I believe we women should always have each other’s back. I honestly don’t understand why some others only want to destroy and steal.” She added that women have the power and it has to be used for good.
Priscilla and John tied the knot in San Fernando, La Union in February 2011. They have a daughter named Samantha Anechka Estrada.
The actor was previously married to actress Janice de Belen with whom he had four children.
