Derek Ramsay hit back at a netizen who seemingly doubted whether his relationship with wife Ellen Adarna will last a long time.
The lovebirds recently took to social media to greet each other on their second anniversary as a couple.
“2 years ex boyfriend. This photo is from 2 years ago today… I still remember clearly when you told me ‘I love you.’ I love you too,” Ellen captioned a throwback photo of her together with the actor.
Derek, on the other hand, shared a video of him and Ellen sharing a romantic kiss to mark the occasion.
“2 years strong with my × girlfriend. Dai @maria.elena.adarna pls marry me again,” Derek wrote as caption.
While the comments section were filled with kilig reactions to the couple’s sweet moment, one netizen caught the attention of Derek.
“10-15 yrs (years) doon mo malalaman kung matibay kayo,” read the netizen’s comment.
Derek, in response, assured the netizen that his and Ellen’s relationship will remain strong even many years after.
“Balikan mo kami 20 years from now,” said Derek.
Ellen and Derek tied the knot in November 2021, several months after they got engaged in March of the same year.
