Pokwang surprised daughter Malia with an adorable furry friend for her birthday.
The comedienne-actress took to Instagram on Friday to share a photo of Malia with her newest companion – a golden retriever dog.
“Deleted some people from my life and we welcome this cutie na mas tao pa ang puso,” wrote the celebrity mom as caption.
Pokwang earlier penned a sweet message for her daughter as she turned five years old last Thursday, January 18.
“To my most beautiful blessing, happy, happy birthday my love ? i love you so much my tisay @malia_obrian #happybirthdayMalia,” said Pokwang.
Pokwang’s ex-partner Lee O’Brian also took to Instagram to greet their daughter on her special day.
“Happiest of birthdays to you, my sweetheart [Malia]! Wishing you a great day and it’s going to be a fun year ahead. I love you more than anything and I am SO proud of you!” O’Brian, for his part, said.
Despite their separation, Pokwang and Lee remained on good terms and agreed on co-parenting Malia. The two also celebrated their only child’s birthday together as seen on Pokwang’s Instagram page.
