Maine Mendoza shared her “worst experience” abroad with kababayans who called her “supladita”.
A Twitter user linked a Facebook post showing a netizen who posted a photo of her with Maine but described her as a “suplada” in the caption.
“Suplada pala ito sa personal itong Maine Mendoza na to. So disappointed with you,” the netizen captioned the photo of her with Maine who smiled for the camera.
This caught the attention of the Kapuso star who wished in the comments section that she should have acted as how the group of Pinays at the shop in a Singapore mall described her as they displayed rude behavior.
“If I came off as ‘supladita’ (as ate sales associate in Bath and Body Works Ngee Ann Mall have said to every Filipino inside the store, even to my friend) e dasurv nga naman, sana tinarayan ko na nga talaga.
“Bastos si SA and that group of girls. Bastos at makakapal ang mukha.
“Oh if you only know how disrespectful and entitled those ladies were, especially the sales associate, ay maloloka ka nalang talaga. By far the worst experience/interaction with kababayans abroad. Bastos,” added Maine.
Fans have since come to the defense of the Eat Bulaga host on social media.
The Facebook post have also been taken down by the uploader and turned her profile private.
