Volleyball star Alyja “Jaja” Santiago has apparently already tied the knot with her fiancé, Japanese coach Taka Minowa.
Months after they announced their engagement in August, Jaja and Taka have been addressing each other as husband and wife in their respective social media posts.
In an Instagram post on Tuesday, November 22, Taka shared a photo with Jaja as he penned her short and sweet message.
“I know our journey will be not perfect, but l’ll stick with you till the end! I am lucky to have you as my life partner! Together forever,” wrote Taka.
“I love you asawa ko,” he added.
Jaja, meanwhile, previously greeted Taka on his birthday last September, telling her how she’s grateful to be his “wife”.
The former National University Lady Bulldogs team captain’s mom’s “The day she said ‘I do’” Facebook post in October also drew speculations among fans that Jaja and Taka already got married.
The said Facebook post which featured photos Taka and Jaja wearing a ring came with the hashtag #civilceremony.
Jaja first opened up about her relationship with Taka, who was one of her coaches in the Saitama Ageo Medics in the Japan V. League, late August with the announcement of their engagement.
