Actor-director David Chua has addressed rumors that he is dating Christine Reyes.
This after netizens speculated about his relationship with the actress when photos of them spotted at American indie pop band LANY’s concert at the Mall of Asia Arena last Friday, November 11, made rounds online.
On Instagram, David shared an Instagram reel showing clips of him and a group of celebrity friends enjoying the show, including Devon Seron and Kat Galang.
“LANY!?? with the Gang! Thank you Guys!,” he captioned his Instagram post.
In an interview with Pep, David denied the romance speculations stressing that they attended the concert together as a group and wanted the actress to join his NET25 TV series Good Will.
“Nahihiya ako kay Cristine dahil group kami na pumunta pero bakit kaming dalawa lang ang ipinakita na magkasama?,” David was quoted as saying.
“Kasama namin sa MOA ang cast ng “Good Will” at sabay-sabay kaming lahat na pumasok sa entrance,” he added.
David furthered that love life is not his priority at the moment.
“Trabaho ang nasa utak ko ngayon, hindi muna love life. Hirap ako na pagsabayin ang career at love life,” he stated.
Meanwhile, Christine’s last known relationship was with former husband Ali Khatibi whom she shares a daughter with.
