Senator JV Ejercito has dismissed rumors that he allegedly impregnated his chief of staff.

The politician took to Twitter on Tuesday, September 13, to address the said allegations, saying it’s “a big lie”.

“A big lie! Wag kayo gumawa ng istorya dahil may asawa po ang tao,” JV said in response to a Twitter user who claimed that the senator is trying to reach a settlement with his chief-of-staff whom he allegedly got pregnant.

“Nanahimik kami ang nagtatrabaho wag kami idamay sa ganyang chismis. Be responsible,” added JV.

In a separate tweet, JV called the matter “fake news”, noting that he was also formerly linked to his executive assistant.

“Hay naku this particular circle spreading fake news of a ‘scandal’ of me & my chief of staff this time, nung una yung EA ko na si Chen,” he also tweeted.

Kaming pulitiko sanay sa ganito, please wag niyo idamay mga taong walang kinalaman at may mga pamilya.

    Kawawa naman sila.

    Be responsible.

He then pleaded with netizens to be responsible and not to involve innocent people in such speculations.

“Kaming pulitiko sanay sa ganito, please wag niyo idamay mga taong walang kinalaman at may mga pamilya.

“Kawawa naman sila.Be responsible,” he added.

In his next tweets, JV introduced his former political officer and appointment secretary to possibly spare them from being getting dragged into such rumors.
