Sheryn Regis and partner Mel De Guia have celebrated their first anniversary as a couple.
In an Instagram post on Monday, September 12, Sheryn penned a heartwarming message to Mel as they marked the milestone.
“Langga @meldeguia_ My heart leaps with joy and excitement because of this beautiful surprise 1st Anniversary gift but most of all I am grateful,” the singer said while referring to the ring she received from Mel on the latter’s 32nd birthday.
Mel took Sheryn by surprise when she presented her the ring while performing on her birthday celebration.
Sheryn continued to thank Mel for her unconditional love in the past year that they have been together.
“1st year of being together speaks a lot of love, happiness, tears and joy of the challenges we encountered in our everyday lives.
“I thank the Lord for giving me YOU. I love you more and more each day. Happy 1st Anniversary to us Langga ko,” added Sheryn.
Sheryn and Mel, who have been open about their relationship on social media, also recently celebrated having 100,000 subscribers on the former’s YouTube channel.
