Jake Ejercito surprised netizens after he shared a photo of ex-girlfriend Andi Eigenmann side by side with a photo of their daughter Ellie Eigenmann.
In a tweet on Friday, Jake uploaded the identical photos of the mom and daughter holding their cutlery on the side with gentle smiles on their faces, while dining at a restaurant.
“Does it ever drive you crazy, just how fast the night changes,” Jake wrote as caption in reference to One Direction’s hit song “Night Changes”.
Andi’s photo was taken back in May 2013 while Ellie’s pic was captured at present.
Jake and Andi were together for four years but ended their on-and-off relationship in 2014.
The ex-couple also figured in several controversies after their breakup, but eventually became on good terms and found the right balance in co-parenting Ellie.
“Hindi siya madali. And marami na rin kaming pinagdaanan bago kami dumating sa point na ‘to na we found the right balance,” Jake admitted about how the co-parenting setup was initially difficult for him and Andi.
“Madami kaming pinagdaanan na ups-and-downs na parang roller coaster,” added Jake in a previous interview on Francine Diaz’s vlog.
