Athlete-actor Ricci Rivero got a special shoutout from presidential candidate and Vice President Leni Robredo through his Kakampink girlfriend Andrea Brillantes.
Andrea on Wednesday released a YouTube vlog that documented her participation in Robredo’s grand rally and birthday celebration in Pasay City last April 23.
The 15-minute-vlog featured clips of the actress sharing why she’s supporting Robredo’s candidacy in the upcoming elections, as well as interacting with other fellow celebrity Kakampinks.
The vlog also showed Andrea meeting Robredo in person and even asked her presidential choice to greet her boyfriend Ricci Rivero.
“Pwede po kayo mag-hhi sa jowa ko, si Ricci Rivero?” Andrea asked Robredo in the video.
“Ay oo nga pala. Hi Ricci kasama ko si Andrea ngayon, hope to see you soon,” said Robredo while waving to the camera.
Andrea earlier admitted she’s been trying to convert Ricci, a supporter of Robredo’s rival, Bongbong Marcos, to become a Kakampink.
In previous Instagram stories, Ricci proudly shared snaps of Andrea’s efforts to convince her and others to join her in supporting Robredo’s presidential bid.
“She’s just really trying to make me believe sa kung kanino siya naniniwala. She’s doing something para sa paniniwala niya, and I respect her for that. I’m proud of what my girlfriend’s doing,” wrote Ricci in an Instagram story.
