Celebrity couple Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo are now registered voters.
In a social media post, the two encouraged their fans to take the first step in making their voices heard.
“Nakapag parehistro na kami! Yes! Gusto namin ng pagbabago.. Parehistro na po ang mga hindi pa nagreregister.. May isang linggo pa para makapag parehistro. Let’s all UNITE and VOTE,” Judy Ann wrote in the caption.
The actress also shared snaps from the day she and Ryan registered.
After the Senate approved on third and final reading a bill seeking the 30-day extension of voter registration, the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) spokesperson James Jimenez said that the registration will likely be extended.
