Ynna Asistio is celebrating one milestone after another after getting married to her non-showbiz boyfriend whom she is expecting a child with.
Days after announcing her engagement, Ynna tied the knot with longtime boyfriend Bully Carbonelle on August 8, 2022.
Ynna, daughter of veteran actress Nadia Montenegro, then announced in an Instagram post on Wednesday that she is pregnan with her first child.
“Blessings after blessings! Tagal ko na gusto magkababy ? and finally it’s happening,” said Ynna in the caption alongside a ultrasound clip of their baby.
Ynna considers her pregnancy the “greatest blessing” as she revealed suffering from Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) since she was 13 years old.
“Ilang beses na ako nahospital because of it and I was told na mahihirapan ako magkababy. It has always been my prayer and my dream to become a mom as I always say, In His perfect time He will make things possible,” said Ynna.
Ynna also recalled losing hope when she turned 30 years old since her PCOS “kept coming back and was getting worse”.
“I would heal it for a few months but it kept coming back but now ?? eto na ? another prayer and dream of mine is about to come true,” wrote Ynna.
She added, “I waited til I found out na safe na si baby and I’m enjoying every moment of it.
Ynna shared she can’t help but be “contented, at peace and happy with my life”, following her pregnancy, engagement, and wedding
“Everything is happening soooo fast sobrang fast! Haha but I am so happy! I am on a high and I’m so grateful to be able to experience all these,” she said.
She also gave an encourage message to those who share the same experience as hers.
“For those who are suffering from PCOS like me, the battle maybe difficult and depressing but dont ever lose hope because it’s His Will. He will make it possible,” Ynna said.
