John Estrada and Priscilla Meirelles seemed to have patched things up following their publicized marital issue.
The actor took to Instagram on Wednesday to share snaps showing them chilling in the pool, with his wife hugging him from behind.
John simply captioned the photos with sun and heart emojis, while leaving the comments section disabled.
The couple stirred marriage woes speculations in March after Priscilla shared cryptic posts about an alleged third party in their relationship.
“What to call a female that entertains a married man?” Priscilla asked in an Instagram story that sent netizens abuzz. This was followed by a Top 20 list of terms that came from her followers.
The former Miss Earth and Miss Globe winner previously admitted in a Pep interview that she’s been going through a difficult time in her marriage “for a while already for many reasons.”
After going on a Cebu trip with John, their daughter Anechka, and Inah, the actor’s child with e-wife Janice De Belen, Priscilla stated in an interview with ABS-CBN that she and John have differences just like any marriage.
“When you come to a point your life where you’re 12 years married and you know each other so well and you already can foresee the future and what to expect from the future, there is a tendency you start to somehow explain to a partner what to expect from your partner in that long-term partnership,” Priscilla was quoted as saying.
The Brazilian beauty queen reiterated that all is well between her and her husband despite going through a rough patch and earned lessons from their situation.
“We are talking. There is no major happening right now. I think the most important part is that we respect each other and we respect each other’s space. All is good,” she said.
“I’ve also learned a lot. I believe that… He knows how I am and the things that I believe and my principles. For me, family is very important,” she said.
