James Reid’s ex-girlfriend Ericka Villongco posted a cryptic message on Instagram following the actor-singer’s apparent confirmation of romance with Issa Pressman.
The digital creator, who’s now based in the United States, recently shared Thursday an Instagram story with a text that read: “What goes around comes back around.”
Ericka’s message came days after James said he’s currently at his “happiest” and came to the defense of Issa against the resurfaced cheating allegations amid his split with then-girlfriend Nadine Lustre back in 2020.
James and the 12:51 singer were a couple for three years but went their separate ways in 2014.
Ericka’s post has since made talks online, with netizens noticing that Issa is now on the former’s following list.

“Hahahahah trying to use the situation para mag ingay. The design is very joiner.”
“This is me letting the news speak for itself right now,” Ericka wrote alongside a a meme of Kylie Jenner rolling her eyes with the words “Karma’s a b*tch”, “he’s a cHeAteRrr”, which she said she received from netizens amid the JaDine split issue.
It can be recalled that Ericka made a similar post about “karma” back in 2020 which netizens speculated was alluding to JaDine (James and Nadine’s) breakup.
She, however, eventually took down the said Instagram story, saying it was a “bad joke” and “it is never ok to be mean to (people)”.
