Catriona, along with reigning Miss Universe Harnaaz Sandhu of India and former title holders Natalie Glebova of Canada (2005), Leila Lopes of Angola (2011), and Andrea Mesa of Mexico (2020) graced the “Miss Universe Extravaganza” which signaled the 71st edition of the prestigious beauty pageant.
A clip extracted from the event broadcasted on JKN media showed Anne reaching for Catriona’s hands before they engaged in a brief conversation and leaned for a cheek-to-cheek air kiss, which sent the audience cheering wildly.
Netizens couldn’t help but feel intrigued over what the beauty queen and trans woman billionaire talked about during the interaction.
It can be recalled that Anne was previously romantically linked to Clint Bondad, Catriona’s ex-boyfriend who made a buzz online following his cryptic posts after his breakup with the beauty queen in 2019.
Clint and Anne drew romance speculations after he posted a photo of him with the latter.
Anne later defended Clint from criticisms online, stressing that the actor-model is like a brother to him. The Thai trans woman billionaire also revealed that Clint has been living with her for nine months at the time.
