AJ Raval is firm on denying that she is expecting a baby with rumored boyfriend Aljur Abrenica.
This comes after veteran showbiz columnist Cristy Fermin claimed in a video uploaded on her YouTube channel Showbiz Now Na on Tuesday, July 19, that AJ confessed to a source that she is pregnant.
“Heto naman ay bibitiwan natin at ito naman ay ipupusta natin ng syento porsyento. Totoo po mga ka-chika, nagdadalang-tao po si AJ Raval,” said Fermin.
“Umamin si AJ sa ating source, na nagdadalang tao siya,” added Fermin.
AJ, however, was quick to reiterate in a text message sent to TV5’s MJ Marfori that she is not having a baby with Aljur.
Marfori added in her Frontline Pilipinas report on Wednesday that the sexy star also dismissed speculations that she made an abrupt exit in a film for her supposed pregnancy, explaining that she contracted COVID-19 with other co-stars during the shooting.
AJ earlier debunked pregnancy rumors in a conversation shared by social media personality Senyora on Facebook.
Aljur, meanwhile, has been mum on the issue.
Aljur and AJ were co-stars in the 2021 Viva film Nerissa. The two drew later controversy after AJ was tagged as the third party in the actor’s split with ex-partner Kylie Padilla, which the sexy actress denied.
In an interview with Pep, Aj Raval’s dad Jeric Raval was quoted as saying that his daughter and Aljur are “nagmamahalan”.
AJ then clarified in an interview last March that she and Aljur are not yet a couple but “getting there”.
