Karla Estrada couldn’t agree more that Kathryn Bernardo is “the one” for her son Daniel Padilla.
In a recent interview on Toni Talks, Toni Gonzaga referred to Kathryn as Karla’s future daughter-in-law to which the latter gave a nod of agreement.
“Nandito tayo sa studio ng kanyang future daughter-in-law. O di ba? Kini-claim na natin ‘yan. Dahil doon din naman papunta ‘yan. At lahat ‘yun din naman insaasahan,” said Toni.
“Yes…Oo naman. Doon din naman. At tsaka dapat ‘yun na talaga yung maging will ni God. Inutusan si God?” Karla said in jest.
“Kasi ikaw din naman ‘di ba, ‘yun na rin ang gusto mo?” reacted Toni.
“Oo naman, kasi napaka-swerte na ng anak ko kay Kathryn, very responsible,” she explained.
Karla then shared that she’s in awe of how Kathryn and Daniel have kept their long-term relationship strong.
“Ang maganda kasi sa kanila, nag-mature sila sa loob ng relationship, nag-grow. Ang hirap nun ha, pero marami ding pagsubok iyan. Pero okay na rin kasi kung naging perfect iyan, kung may dumating na hindi maganda, baka hindi ma-handle.
In a previous TWBA interview in 2019, Karla said that she’s “always ready” if ever his son will ask Kathryn’s hand for marriage.
“Kung ready sila, wala naman akong problema,” said Karla.
Kathryn and Daniel, who are known to fans as KathNiel, celebrated their eighth anniversary as a couple last May, and 10th year as on-screen partners last September.
