Gwapings member Eric Fructuoso is a soon-to-be grandfather with his eldest son expecting his first child.
The actor shared his excitement and happily announced that he’s going to be a lolo at the age of 44. “A hot Lolo,” wrote Eric in a Facebook post.
In a video uploaded on his Instagram account, Eric sat down with his son Frederick or Tres and gave him advice as he’s now going to be a husband and a first-time dad.
“Heto ha, based on experience lang, ha? Hindi ko sinasabing sundin mo, hindi ko sinasabing gayahin mo ako,” began Eric, admitting that he had shortcomings with Tres’s mom.
“Ito ang pinakapayo ko sa ‘yo. Alagaan mo yung asawa mo. Papakinggan mo siya, susundin mo siya.Huwag kang magpapadala sa temptation dahil, anak, sinasabi ko sa ‘yo, hanggang sa edad ko ngayon, tinatrabaho ako ng babae lagi,” said Eric.
He continued to remind Tres be true to his wife and love her wholeheartedly.
“Hindi ko na-experience manligaw, anak, pero lagi akong tinatrabaho. Kaya alam mo ‘yun, minsan nauuto ako, nadadale.
“Be true to your wife. Love her. Love her like there is no tomorrow, and enjoy-in mo lang. Huwag kang magpapapaniwala sa ibang babae ha,” he said.
In a separate Instagram post, Eric said that he now has more reasons to be a better person as he is set to take on a new role in his family.
“Nanggigigil ako na galingan pa lalo para sa mga Anak ko, sa Apo kong si Leo, sa mga future Apo at sa magiging asawa ko (toink ?) mahal na mahal na mahal ko kayong lahat! Ako na bahala sa inyo ?? Love you anak.”
Asked by his son what he would like his apo to call him, Eric jokingly suggested: “Grand Master Mac Daddeh.”
