Yassi Pressman is asking for more donations for the fire-hit Philippine General Hospital (PGH).

The actress recently went to the facility to extend help and personally have a look at the areas devastated by the fire. She also visited babies at the Newborn Intensive Care Unit.

In an Instagram post, Yassi paid tribute to the healthcare workers who risked their lives to save the infants.

No injuries and casualties were reported in the PGH fire, as stated in a report by Philstar.com.

“It was really heartbreaking seeing all of the infants, sobrang saludo po ako sa lahat ng mga tumulong.

Yassi also expressed gratitude to those who sent donations to PGH, including NBA star Damian Lillard.

“Huuuuge thanks to big brother @DamianLillard for sending over such a generous amount, kahit na wala siya sa Pilipinas, just to be able help.”

PGH is currently needing donations such as milk for the newborns, ready-to-eat food, bottled water, bed linens, pillows and quilts.

“For any donations in kind, kindly drop them off at PGH, and for cash donations please address them to PGH Medical Foundation Inc.,” wrote Yassi.
